PURPOSE: A molding pipe is provided to be fixed during maintaining a constancy of form in a sealed state in an appropriate position inside a cistern and a re-correcting method of molding pipe finished a using is provided to repair the molding pipe and not to generate a problem or a damage on a sealing by the repairing. CONSTITUTION: An outer circumferential groove(9) is arranged with intervals from a upper section(3) of a pipe wall(4) in a molding pipe(1). A U-shaped flange(10) arranged a gearing bridge(11) inserted from a faced side in the outer circumferential groove(9). An expanded portion in a radius direction of the gearing bridge(11) is smaller than a depth of the outer circumferential groove(9). A stair portion(5) is arranged in a girth of the molding pipe near the upper section(3). The U-shaped flange(10) is combined in the stair portion(5) with a screw. A reinforcing frame(6) supported in a flange(18) is fixed by suiting for the pipe wall(4) and the U-shaped flange(10) in a sealed state. Because a thickness of wall is reduced when the molding pipe(1) is re-corrected by an injection molding, the stair portion(5) is needed to repair and is combined with the flange(10) by a screw with inserting only a new reinforcing frame(6).
