PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an envelope for enclosing monetary offering for a funeral or celebration with which it is easy to confirm money visually and which is superior in an artistic design. SOLUTION: On the surface 13a of the outside bag 13 of an envelope 11 for enclosing monetary offering for celebration, a window 14 for visual confirmation comprising a character 'congratulations' is cut out for a green cellophane to be pasted. If an inside bag 15 to be placed in the outside bag 13 is red, when the inside bag 15 is placed in the outside bag, the character 'congratulations' of the outside bag surface becomes black. By structuring the envelope this way, depending whether the character 'congratulations' on the outside bag surface is black or not, it is easy to confirm if money is in the outside bag 13 or not.
