PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a shortage of lubricating oil even if camshafts are inclined relative to the horizon by feeding it to upper components. SOLUTION: A pump housing 3 has a diagonal hole 20 for supplying lubricating oil fed to plunger chambers to a governor chamber 18. The diagonal hole 20 opens into the plunger chambers and has an inclination relative to the horizon set so larger than a camshaft inclinationθ1 that lubricating oil inside the diagonal hole 20 can flow into the governor chamber 18 even if the pump is inclined. The diagonal hole 20 feeds lubricating oil to the governor chamber 18 to prevent insufficient lubrication of a governor mechanism 2.
