PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a ventilating device in its structure so as to reduce an assembling time. SOLUTION: This ventilating device for a vehicle has a housing 10 having at least one air outlet 11 for attaching an air guide member 12, and at least one louver-like shutter 13 for distributing air volume flowing out through the outlet 11, and the shutter 13 has a surrounding shutter frame 14 sealed against the housing 10, and plural shutter thin plates 15 held on the shutter frame 14 to be oscillatable. In this constitution, the louver-like shutter 13 is fitted into the air outlet 11, the shutter frame 14 has a surrounding inner projection piece 19 in an outer end face distant from the housing 10, and the inner projection piece 19 forms concentrically therewith in a position of the housing 10 a surrounding outer projection piece 20, and a surrounding U-shaped profile for inserting a surrounding sealing piece 24 engeged with a periphery of an end edge of the guide member 12.
