PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently apply a lubricant to a tire with a simple structure by supporting the tire from below in an upright attitude by a pair of front/rear rollers, and discharging the lubricant-applied tire forward by a discharge mechanism after blowing out the lubricant from nozzles toward an inner peripheral part of the rotating tire. SOLUTION: This lubricant applying device B supports a tire T discharged from a tire carrying-in device A in an upright attitude by a pair of front/rear rollers 70 and a cage 8, and at least one roller 70 is rotatably driven by a roller driving machine 7. A lubricant such as liquid soap is blown out from a pair of nozzles 100 to left/right both side surfaces in an inner peripheral part close to a central hole T1 of the tire T rotated by the rollers 70. After applying the lubricant, the cage 8 is rotated by a cage driving machine (a discharge mechanism) 9 to discharge the tire T to the front side. These respective constitutive parts are arranged in a rectangular box-shaped support frame 68 composed of plural vertical horizontal frames 66, 67, and casters 69 are installed in under surface four-corner parts of the support frame 68.
