PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lock and hold a center cap in a state where it is mounted to a hub part independently of temperature change even if formed out of material different in expansion coefficient from a wheel rim. SOLUTION: This center cap 16 is mounted to a hub part 12 of a wheel rim 11. On the center cap 16, plural locking claws 17 are formed which can be engaged with an engaging groove 13 in an outer periphery of the hub part 12. In order to correspond to the locking claws 17, on the center cap 16, plural clamping pieces 18 are formed which join to an inner periphery face of the hub part 12 and pinch the hub part 12 with the locking claws 17.
