PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize a memory effectively while avoiding operational action of the system from lowering due to increase of data size. SOLUTION: An advertisement making system comprises means 8 for making an advertisement on a screen, a print waiting file 10 for storing the data of advertisement thus made, and a file 11 for storing the printed data of advertisement. When the advertisement in the file 9 is printed, data of that advertisement is removed from the file 10 by an automatic file making means 12 and stored in the file 11.
