PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding method, which reduces a welding bead which of a second layer to prevent shrinkage crack from occurring by property setting the weaving of welding torch and improves welding strength and welding quality without requiring repair. SOLUTION: Two layer cladding by welding is conducted as follows: the welding of a first layer by a Ni wire is done so that a welding torch 5 is weaved roughly along the outer peripheral face 10a of a propulsion tube 1 to form a roughly trapezoidal shape Ni weld bead 10; and the welding of a second layer by a soft steel wire 7 is done so that a welding torch 5 is weaved roughly along the upper side 10a of a roughly trapezoidal shape Ni weld bead 10 to form a narrow width soft steel weld bead.
