PURPOSE: A water-soluble top coating paint composition is provide which is made for use of urethan denatured acryl polyol water-dispersed resin and polyurethane-urea water-dispersed resin as the main ingredient for utilizing water-soluble top coats for reparing car. CONSTITUTION: A water-soluble top coating paint composition comprises; 30-50 wt% of blending resin of urethan denatured acryl polyol water-dispersed resin and polyurethane-urea water-dispersed resin, 1-30 wt% of water-soluble paint, 0.1-1.0 wt% of antifoaming agent, 0.1-3.0 wt% of thickener, 0.01-5.0 wt% of neutralizing agent, 0.1-3.0 wt% of levelling agent, 5-10 wt% of hydrophilic organic solvent and 30-60 wt% of deionized water. |
