PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for controlling disclosure of CMOS sensor is provided to capture an image by using a capability of storing amount of an electric charge in accordance with the intensity of each pixel. CONSTITUTION: A address generator(30) connected to a clock pulse generator generates a binary sequences which, such as 00,01,10,11, are generated repeatedly with responding to each clock cycle received and a adder(34) receives the binary output from the address generator(30) and adds offset value to the binary value(11), so the output from the adder(34) is offset as much as the value in the offset register. The multiplexer(32) is used to decode the output value from the adder. When the COMS cell receives a reset-generated signal the electric charge is removed from the CMOS cell the CMOS cell being reset has no charges ,after the CMOS sensor cell is reset the charge begin being saved.
