PURPOSE: A composite laminate structure and a method for forming the same are provided to form the composite laminate structure with individual discrete laminate structures. CONSTITUTION: A method for forming a composite laminate structure includes following steps. At the first step, a first and second circuit substrate members(10,10a) are provided. The first and second circuit substrate members include a plated through hole as well as a circuit on one side. At the second step, a voltage plane member which includes at least one plane having a side on which partially solidified photoimageable dielectric material layer is provided. At the third step, each through hole and each aperture of the voltage plane member are aligned with the plated through hole in the circuit substrate member. At the forth step, the voltage plane member is accumulated between the circuit substrate members and the photoimageable dielectric material on the voltage plane member is solidified. At the fifth step, the surface of the voltage plane member is plated.
