PURPOSE: A method for detecting a black in a lamp is provided to detect the black in the lamp with out looking at the lamp with naked eyes in real time or in a very short period of time. CONSTITUTION: A method for detecting a black in a lamp includes following steps. At the first step, the spectral radiation energy radiated from a body of the lamp(1) is delivered to a spectral radiation energy detector(5) through an optical fiber(5a). At the second step, a detector(5c), and a band pass filter(5d) are implemented on the body(5b). At the third step, a light with the energy in the range detected by the band pass filter is delivered to the detector(5c). At the forth step, the black in the lamp is detected by detecting the energy variation of the spectral radiation energy radiated from the body of the lamp(1).
