PURPOSE: A method for compensating for distortion of a digital communication transmitter is provided to supply a RF power amplifier to operate in a system having digital signal rate of high average peak value, not generating spurious components when a high signal peak is inputted. CONSTITUTION: A method for compensating for distortion of a digital communication transmitter, comprises the steps of: obtaining a first input sample of a specific size from a digital input base band signal; demodulating a RF output signal modulated by a digital output base band signal; obtaining a first output signal from the digital output base band signal according to the first input sample; and counting a pre-distortion compensating value according to the specific size by comparing the first input sample and the first output sample.
