PURPOSE: A bidirectional micro strip balaced unbalanced(BALUN) circuit and a radio frequency transmission power amplifier using thereof are provided to manufacture one layer micro strip BALUN circuit board easily. CONSTITUTION: A bidirectional micro strip BALUN circuit includes a first port(150), a second port(135), a third port(140), a first micro strip conductive member, a micro strip resistor, and a first signal phase shifter. The first port(150) is able to be coupled with an asynchronous transmission line with an impedance characteristics of Z<SB POS="POST">O</SB>. The second port(135) is able to be connected to a first synchronous transmission line coupled with the first synchronous signal. The third port(140) according to the present invention is able to be connected to a second synchronous transmission line coupled with the second synchronous signal. The first micro strip conductive member includes a first and second terminals which are coupled with the first port and the second port, respectively. The micro strip resistor includes a first and second terminals which are coupled with the first and second terminals of the micro strip conductive member.
