METHOD FOR PRODUCING SELECTIVE SEBUM-CONTROLLING COMPOSITION

PURPOSE: A method for producing selective sebum-controlling powder and a cosmetic composition such as 'two-way cake' containing the powder are provided for controlling the amount of sebum on the skin without side-effects caused by appling the cosmetic composition to the face. CONSTITUTION: A sebum-controlling powder consists of a spherical multi-porous silica and multi-porous cellulose containing the organic germanium powder as a sebum-controlling agent, and adsorbs sebum according to the secretion amount of sebum without side-effects such as skin stretching and skin brightening. The method for producing sebum-controlling powder comprises the steps of: attaching the sebum-controlling agent like organic germanium powder to porous of silica and cellulose by adding them in solvent such as ethanol; and filtering the mixed solvent and drying filtrates.
