PURPOSE: A coating device is provided to reduce working processes of coating, to reduce a loss of a powder for coating and to obtain a fine coated layer by automatically coating many vanes at a time when a one-stage vane of W/H is sprayed. CONSTITUTION: A table(20) is a slat shape and is installed on a main body(10) assembled with an angle. A motor(30) as a driving resource uses an AC motor and has a using weight under 1tone. A mechanical processing on the table(20) considers a jig(40) stuck on the table. A regular rotating speed is exactly maintained in a state fixed the jig. A timing pulley(50) and a timing belt are used thing having a small tensile force and are equaled to the rotating speed of the motor. A bearing for fixing the pulley(90) is installed in a shaft(110) by fixing a bearing housing(100). The table is used a rotary wheel having a stopper to be easily moved. A cut face of a welded portion and a cut portion is painted after grinding when the table is produced. A surface of the circular table is polished. An outside of the table is installed a cover and is able to dismantle.
