PURPOSE: A device is provided to make installation of ribbon tube and fixation of them easy by inserting many ribbon tubes into a single aligning hole simultaneously. CONSTITUTION: An optical cable(50) is inserted into a cap(40) and a clamp(30) in sequence. Many ribbon tubes(24) are inserted into an aligning hole(23) and fixed with an adhesive. An extension fiber(51) of the cable is inserted into a fixing groove(21), and many ribbons of optical fiber extended from the cable are inserted to the ribbon tube, which is coupled to a branching part(20), to be branched. The branching part is helically linked to a coupling part(12) of a housing(10) after fixing the center extension fiber and the branching device with a special adhesive. If the cap is tightened to the clamp after linking the cap to a coupling part(13) of the housing helically, a tightening part(45) of the cap is tapered on an inclined face(35) of the clamp as well as shrinking the clamp toward the center line so an outer sheath(52) of the cable is fixed tightly.
