PURPOSE: A wind-up apparatus is provided to wind up an optical fiber over the entire part of a drum in a stable structure. CONSTITUTION: An optical fiber(75) is positioned near a wind-up surface(73) of a drum(70) all the times to roll up at the exact position of the wind-up surface. Both brackets(21) are formed with a narrow width lower than 1mm, and the optical fiber is wound up to the drum, inserted into a recessed groove(41). Therefore, the optical fiber is rolled up to both ends of the wind-up surface.
