PURPOSE: A device for preventing a push of a semi automatic vehicle in an inclined road is provided to preventing a pushing when the vehicle is started after stopping in the inclined road. CONSTITUTION: A driver turns on a switch of brake stop light(16) by pushing a brake pedal during driving a vehicle and by checking if the switch of brake stop light(16) is turned on. A signal of angle sensor is received from a measuring sensor of inclined angle. And it is checked if the inclined angle corresponding to the inputted signal of angle sensor is over a previously set certain angle. When the appropriate inclined angle is over the certain angle, a ECU(electronic control unit)(60) is checks if the driver removes a foot from the brake pedal for starting the vehicle, that is the switch of brake stop light(16) is converted to be turned off. When the switch of brake light(16) is converted to be turned off, a clutch is partially connected by operating a solenoid valve(68). Therefore, the vehicle is started without pushing though the driver removes the foot form a brake.
