PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a clutch pedal for vehicles is provided which make the clutch pedal operating the clutch with a kind of resin having light weight, wherein the clutch pedal interrupts power between an engine and a transmission, so it contrives to a light weight of car body and makes the beautiful appearance of clutch pedal. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of clutch pedal for vehicles produces the clutch pedal by inserting an injecting nozzle(8) of extruder into an inlet(7) of the upper/lower part of metallic mold(5,6), wherein the upper/lower part of metallic mold is processed into an external stand of the clutch pedal equipping with a pedal arm(2), which has an adhesion part on the upper part and a foot stool(4) at the lower part of the pedal arm(2), wherein the foot stool is left driver's foot, and injecting a melted raw material(9) and a gas(10) having constant pressure through the injecting-nozzle(8), wherein the melted raw material is mixed with 70 wt% of polyamide resin and 30 wt% of glass fiber.
