PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily polish not only a floor surface but also a ceiling or the like. SOLUTION: A grinder comprises a grinder main unit 1 having a polishing part 13, operating grip part 2, turn start end position adjusting means, and a turn finish end position regulating means. The operating grip part 2 is turnably connected to the grinder main unit 1 through a connection member 3, to make a 10 to 15 deg. angle A relating to the polishing part 13 of the grinder main unit 1, to be turned with a position of this polishing part serving as a turn start end position. The turn start end position adjusting means has a lock member contact part provided in the operating grip part 2 and a lock member movably locked to the grinder main unit 1. By operating the lock member, the lock member contact part abuts to the lock member, to make a 60 to 70 deg. angle A relating to the grinder main unit 1, and this position serves as the turn start end position. The turn finish end position regulating means, having a regulating member 7 provided in the operating grip part 2, regulates a turn finish end position of the operating grip part 2 by making the regulating member 7 abut to the grinder main unit 1 in a position where the operating grip part 2 is turned from the turn start end position to make 85 to 90 deg. angle A relating to the grinder main unit 1. |
