PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a uniform green resin film through a stable squeegee action with two sets of elevating devices and doctor blades. SOLUTION: On a photosetting resin level 12, a squeegee 18 travelling parallel to the level by means of A sliding device 22 and a first and a second elevating devices 19L and 19R, which are fixed to the squeegee 18 and moved at right angles to the level, are provided. In addition, a first doctor blade 21R is fixed to the first elevating device 19R, while a second doctor blade 21L is fixed to the second elevating device 19L. These actions are controlled by a controlling device. Due to the above constitution, the first doctor blade 21R can uniformly scrap the ready-set resin 17 from its lone end to near its middle, while the second doctor blade 21L can scrape a green resin from its other end to its one end. |
