PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder paint composition not causing generation of an abnormality such as sag and standing even in hot fluidized dip painting while holding excellent characteristics of the powder paint. SOLUTION: The powder paint composition comprises per 100 pts.wt. of an epoxy resin having epoxy equivalent of from at least 400 g/eq to less than 1,200 g/eq, 20-200 pts.wt. of an epoxy resin having epoxy equivalent of from at least 1,200 g/eq to less than 2,400 g/eq, an epoxy resin curing agent of 2-50 pts.wt. and a pigment of 80-300 pts.wt., and its gelling time is 50-150 sec.
