PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recyclable material to be recorded also excellent in a sticking tendency, with which a printing material such as a toner or the like can be fully removed under the state that favorable threading properties and conveyability are ensured in an image forming device such as a copier, a printer or the like. SOLUTION: This material to be recorded is a recyclable one made of at least a base material layer and a surface layer under the state that the static coefficient of friction of the surface of the surface layer at 25 deg.C under 60% RH is 0.15-0.7. By controlling the static coefficient of friction of the surface of the surface layer, excellent effects such as not only the threading properties but also a sticking tendency are obtained and, at the same time, the full removability of a printing material can be obtained.
