PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid rainwater and also to enable an easily installation by forming plural tapped holes for bolts for hanging the device in a frame at the prescribed spaced intervals and also forming fitting parts to the device in support legs of a roof covering the device and forming the same spaces between the fitting parts as those between the tapped holes. SOLUTION: Tapped holes are provided at the four corners of the upper part of a frame. In the tapped holes, bolts for hanging the device to which wires are tied at the time of installing the device are screwed, and also in place of the bolts for hanging the device, bolts 9 for fixing a roof 16 are screwed. Support legs 17 of the roof 16 covering a treating tank are provided with fitting holes 18. Spaces between the holes 18 are made the same as spaces between the tapped holes. And the bolts for hanging the device are removed and the bolts 9 are screwed in the tapped holes to fix the roof 16 to the frame. In this way, the provision of separate tapped holes for fitting the roof 16 is not needed, and workability of installation is improved, and also when a user feeds organic matter, he is prevented by this roof 16 from getting wet.
