PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for oxidation of incinerator fly ashes with supercritical water while preventing incinerator solidification of fly ashes and an apparatus for oxidation with supercritical water for carrying out the method. SOLUTION: This apparatus for oxidation with supercritical water has the same constitution as that of a conventional apparatus except that a supply apparatus 60 for supplying an aqueous incinerator fly ash slurry is installed. The supply apparatus 60 is provided with a slurry tank 62, a circulation pump 64 for taking out a slurry and circulating a part of the slurry, a slurry pump 66 for sending the slurry by pressure, a slurry supply pipe 68, and an air supply pipe 70. The slurry tank is provided with a belt conveyer 72 for supplying incinerator fly ashes, a water supply pipe 74, an alcohol supply pipe 76, a circulation line 78, and a stirring apparatus 80 for stirring the incinerator fly ashes, water, IPA, and the circulated slurry. The alcohol is used as an auxiliary fuel and an incinerator fly ash solidification-preventing agent, and an aqueous alcohol-containing incinerator fly ash slurry is produced in the slurry tank.
