PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate elution of a chemical by preventing the chemical from being brought into contact with a liquid during stop of the liquid passing, and to stabilize an eluted concentration by introducing gas into a chemical addition part during the stop of the liquid passing, in a liquid path structure provided with the chemical addition part for adding the chemical to the liquid which passes through the liquid path. SOLUTION: In the case the liquid path structure is applied to an ionized water manufacturing device using a calcium chemical 1 as the addition chemical to water, alkaline water obtained by electrolyzing with an electrolytic bath, is passed to the calcium addition part 5 via an alkaline water passing pipe 8, and here a calcium component is added. In the calcium addition part 5, the calcium chemical 1 is covered with gas, and when water starts to flow from this state, the water caused to flow out from the electrolytic bath, passes through the calcium chemical 1 part. The water which passed through here, flows through a gas retaining part 6, and the gas washed away with the water stream retains at a slant line part 3. Then, when the water passing is stopped, the gas moves from the slant line part 3 with a buoyancy, and covers the calcium chemical 1 and stops the contact with water.
