PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a sure operation and improve a safety by opening a solenoid valve at a hot water side only when a signal denoting termination of opening operation on a water side solenoid valve is transmitted from a bottom detecting part to a control part in a case in which a bottom detection function recognizes an opening operation of a solenoid valve and the water side solenoid valve is opened. SOLUTION: Stop cocks 1a, 2a are connected respectively to feed water pipelines 1, 2 which penetrated a back plate of a cabinet and in which piping is performed from a building side, and a water side solenoid valve 3 and a hot water side solenoid valve 4 are connected to downstream sides of these pipelines 1, 2, respectively. A water feed pipe 5a and a hot water feed pipe 5b are connected to a water delivery port 5 fixed on an upper surface of a counter, and the water feed pipe 5a and the hot water feed pipe 5b are connected to the water side solenoid valve 3 and the hot water side solenoid valve 4, respectively, thereby forming a passage to the water delivery port 5. Each open/close operation of the water side and hot water side solenoid valves 3 and 4 are carried out by a foot switch 6 incorporated to a lower end of the cabinet. A controller 7 is provided for controlling this operation, and a power source box 8 is provided as a power source of all electric system including the controller 7.
