PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to take a comfortable attitude in using a water supply facility provided outdoors, as in the garden of a house, and to ensure convenience in using a sprinkler hose. SOLUTION: The upper end of a vertically extending feedwater pipe 52 is set around the position of the human waist height. A first service water faucet 4 is mounted at the upper end of the feed water pipe 52. A second service water faucet 6 is mounted on the underside of the first service water faucet 4 of the same feedwater pipe 52. A sprinkler hose 7 is normally provided at the tap 62 of the second service water faucet 6. An exterior counter 1 is integrally provided and the sink 22 of the counter main body 2 thereof is situated beneath the first service water faucet 4.
