METHOD FOR PRODUCING MATERIAL FOR FORGING LIGHT METAL MATERIAL AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING FORGING MEMBER USING THEREOF

PURPOSE: A production method of a material for forging a light metal material and a production method of a forging member using the material are provided to prevent a generation of a blister by a thermal treatment in a product by a forging processing. CONSTITUTION: A material for forging is molded with a semi melt injection molding by using an injection molding device and a metal mold. A solution heat treatment is performed in the material for forging by a thermal treating condition before a forging processing. A blister is previously generated in a step of the material for forging. The blister is generated in a water-blister shape on and/near a surface of the material and is easily detected by an observation with naked eyes. The forging processing is performed for the material for forging previously generated the blister by using a forging metal mold. An aged hardening processing is performed for a forging member by the thermal treating condition
