METHOD FOR PREVENTING FAILURE IN CASE OF CHANGING THE TRANSMITTING FREQUENCY OF CENTRAL STATION IN RADIO PAGING DATA SATELLITE TRANSMITTING SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A method for preventing failure in case of changing the transmitting frequency of a central station in a radio paging data satellite transmitting system is provided to minimize service failure due to frequency change by limiting frequency change. CONSTITUTION: A frequency command grade and an operator grade are set up(ST1,ST2). If the frequency change command of a central station is generated, an operator grade is checked(ST3,ST4). If the operator grade is a frequency change possible grade, it is checked whether it is a frequency change possible time band(ST5). If the checked time is a frequency change possible time band, a frequency established in an equipment is read(ST6). System failure status due to frequency change is shown as a message and it is rechecked whether the frequency has been changed(ST7).
