DEVICE FOR AUTOMATICALLY SELECTING EXTERNAL INPUT SIGNAL IN IMAGE APPARATUS

PURPOSE: A device is provided to automatically select one signal from the external input signals through at least two input terminals in an image apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A signal detect/control instrument(24) checks if the external input signals are inputted corresponding to each input terminals(10). In the existence of the external input signal, the signal detect/control instrument generates a selection control signal to select the input terminal outputting a signal. In the existence of the external input signals out from more than two input terminals, the signal detect/control instrument generates the selection control signal. The switching instrument selects one input terminal according to the selection control signal transmitted from the signal detect/control instrument. Meanwhile, one input terminal is selected according to a predetermined priority. The external input signal received through the selected input terminal is supplied to a signal process instrument(16).
