PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to repeatedly use a work liquid for a long period and to lower the cost and a waste liquid treating cost, etc., by greatly enhancing a cleaning work of the work liquid. SOLUTION: This system arranges a second purifying device 2 for further cleaning the work liquid purified with a first cleaning device in a downstream side of the first cleaning device. A work liquid introduction cylinder 42 enabling to diffusely flow out the work liquid from a lower end, is provided on a nearly center of a second work liquid storage tank 40 for storing the work liquid. A filtering filter 44 vertically partitioning the midway of the second work liquid storage tank 40 is provided. A weir 45 is formed at the upper end part of the second work liquid storage tank 40, and an oil liquid separation wall is arranged along the inner periphery of the weir 45, and also a liquid collection groove 47 is provided side by side along the outer periphery of the weir 45.
