PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely discharge organic matters, etc., in a water purifying device, though a flow rate of raw water into a sucking and discharge means is low. SOLUTION: This device repeats a releasing process for heating an adsorption part 1 by energizing electrodes 2a, 2b, and a discharge process for discharging organic matters, etc., released from the adsorption part 1 with an sucking power in accordance with water passing of city water to regenerate the adsorption part 1. In this case, a flow rate sensor FS for detecting a water passing quantity into the aspirator 3 is provided, and also a water pump P1 is driven when a detection flow rate of the flow rate sensor FS is less than a set flow rate, and shortage of the water passing quantity to the aspirator 3 is compensated. Thus, the organic matters, etc., in the water purifying tank A are surely discharged.
