PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the curing of a liquid in an accumulator generated by providing a pulsation absorbing accumulator on a liquid feed passage when a main agent liquid and a curing agent liquid are fed to a spray gun under pressure by a piston type quantitative pressure feed pump and both liquids are sprayed on the inner surface of a tunnel in a mixed state from the spray gun to form a waterproof layer of polyurethane. SOLUTION: First and second chambers 42, 44 independent from each other are provided to a pump 22 for a main agent liquid and a curing agent liquid, and both liquids are sucked into one of the first and second chambers 42, 44 at a time of the forward movement of a plunger 26 and emitted from the other one of them. At a time of the return movement of the plunger 26, the liquids are emitted from one of the chambers and sucked into other one of them. By this constitution, the main agent liquid and the curing agent liquid from the pump 22 are continuously emitted to be fed to a spray gun 10 under pressure.
