<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electron beam waste gas treating method and device capable of preventing the formation of the ammonium carbonate having possibility of clogging without using the auxiliary technology for piping temp. regulation. SOLUTION: In this waste gas treating method using the electron beam by which sulfur oxides and/or nitrogen oxides are removed from the waste gas by injecting 6 the mixture 11 of gaseous ammonia 13 and compressed air 9 or the mixture 11 and water into the waste gas containing sulfur oxides and/or nitrogen oxides and irradiating the resulting mixture with the electron beam 7, the temp. of the mixed gas 11 is regulated, by a heater, to the temp. or above without producing powdery or solid reactant by reacting the gaseous ammonia with the carbon dioxide in the air. Also the temp. of the mixed gas can be regulated by regulating the temp. of the gaseous ammonia before mixing and/or the temp. of the compressed air 9 before mixing.</p> |
