PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute an effectively blending design for an excellent fluidity, a deforming performance or the like by a method wherein a funnel flowing down test for a fresh concrete sample is executed, a deforming performance is evaluated by a flowing down time, and a unit coarse aggregate absolute volume and a steel fiber mixing ratio are related to each other and set. SOLUTION: A steel fiber mixing ratio and a unit coarse aggregate absolute volume are provisionally blended based on a requested quality of a highly fluid steel fiber reinforced concrete to be designed for blending, and additional amounts of a high performance AE water reducing agent and a thickener, and an appropriate range of a slump flow are set. When the set value is unsatisfied in a slump flow test for the provisionally blended sample, an additional amount of the water reducing agent is adjusted, and when satisfied, the requested fluidity performance is made secured. Then, a K funnel flowing down test is executed, and separation characteristics are secured by adjusting the thickener so that the flowing down time becomes the specific value. For evaluation of the deformation performance, a combination of the steel fiber mixing ratio and the unit coarse aggregate absolute volume is set so that the flowing down time becomes the specific value in a V funnel test. Thereby, the required deformation performance can be secured, and a blending design which is of a high quality and excellent in workability can be executed. |
