摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an MRI magnet for easily adjusting a magnetic field blocked up by an inclination of plural magnetic fields by providing a means being selectively adjustable around a shaft for selectively controlling the direction of a magnetic field in an image pickup area and correcting nonuniformity of a magnetic field in an image pickup volume in the selected direction of the magnetic field. SOLUTION: In an MRI inspection of a patient 44 getting on a wheelchair, a driving assembly or a rotatable coupler 28 has a DC motor driving gear chain driven by a rechargeable battery and operable by a device 34 by a health controller 36 for arranging a magnet assembly 10 and permanent magnets 14, 16 in an expected position. An indicator 38 assists in controlling so that the direction can be adjusted to the direction of a magnetic field between these or an inclination can be adjusted to an angle of 90 deg. or larger than that by properly arranging the permanent magnets 14, 16 by the health controller 36. Uniformity of the magnetic field of an image pickup volume can be quickly finely adjusted or reblocked up with respective preset positions of the magnetic field by using a blocking-up arrangement structure.
