PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a dividedly served rubber ground unnecessary by enabling a laminated rubber element to be manufactured without depending on press molding by a method wherein a synthetic film is put by being extended between top and bottom forces having a plurality of cavities, a rubber ground is injected from the top force, and a rubber element is integrally and in a vulcanizing manner molded on the film in a bottom force cavity. SOLUTION: A laminated film 11 is placed between an injection bottom force 20 and a top force, an air in a cavity 21 is sucked by a vacuum source 24, and the flexible laminated film 11 is arranged along the cavity shape 21 by being extended. A rubber ground in a fluid state is put in a rubber ground storing space between a rubber ground press top force and a rubber ground storing recessed part from an injection molder, and injected into the cavity by a press of the descending rubber ground press top force. The injected rubber material is integrally and in a vulcanizing manner molded on the laminated film 11 to make a rubber stopper main body, and an individual laminated film rubber stopper is prepared by cutting the laminated film 11. Thereby, a cost is reduced by making press molding and a dividedly served rubber ground unnecessary, and a fear of being mixed with foreign matter can be decreased. |
