PURPOSE: A dynamic bearing device and a producing method are provided to efficiently mold a negative pressure illumination unit with a simple structure. CONSTITUTION: Metal powder is filled in a frame prepared with a cavity corresponding to a blank shape of a bearing sleeve(15) and is calcinated after press-molding. Since a negative illumination unit(15b) is molded on an inner circumferential face of the formed blank material, each surface of a dynamic pressure generation unit(15a) and a dynamic pressure auxiliary unit(15c) are on the same circumference. The dynamic pressure generation unit(15a) and dynamic pressure auxiliary unit(15c) are formed individually by the next sizing process. Accordingly, a certain gap is molded, and a pore is filled up. In the meantime, after the surface of the dynamic pressure auxiliary unit is molded by the sizing process, a re-sizing process is performed. Further, since the pore is filled up, a convex shape surface of the dynamic pressure generation unit(15a) is molded, and a bearing sleeve is completed by oil-treatment after washing. |
