PURPOSE: An electric lamp and illumination system with an electric lamp is provided to enhance the capabilities of lamp cap so as to prevent any defects by fixing the lamp regardless of the location of the incandescent filament based on the angle of a reflector. CONSTITUTION: An electric lamp and illumination system with an electric lamp includes the following components. A metal-plastic cap is set on an electric lamp of an automobile. A lamp is attached to an aperture unit(21) designed by the lamp holder of a reflector(21). A burr(22a) is set to a reflector(20) so as to prevent any malfunction of lamps by the structure of burr(22a). A lamp cap(14b) is attached to a subsidence unit(14f) or a cutout so as to make the burr(22a) free from any contact with the lamp cap(14b). The device enables users to exactly attach the lamp to the incandescent filament regardless of the structure of the burr of the attached aperture unit.
