LIGHT WEIGHT/INSULATING/SOUND ABSORBING PLATE HAVING LAYERED HEIGHT AS WIDTH AND PRODUCING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A light weight/insulating/sound absorbing plate is provided to construct the curved part of a tunnel or the wall or the wall of a structure by maintaining a thickness even if the plate is curved for a certain curvature. CONSTITUTION: Laminated plates(12) are layered for being pressured. Herein, the height of the laminated plates becomes a certain part of the width of a plate. Then, light weight/insulating/sound absorbing plates(10) are adhered by using an adhesive for being rotated for 90 degrees. And, the plate is cut in order for obtaining a light weight/insulating/sound absorbing plate(100). When a finishing functional plate is attached on one surface of the light weight/insulating/sound absorbing plate, the plate is used for a flat surface and for a curved surface. Herein, the light weight/insulating/sound absorbing plate contains a structure of vertically layered top plates for maintaining a uniform thickness while forming a curvature according to the adjustment of external force toward the vertical direction.
