PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply a virgin seal to a cap device consisting of a cap cover having a recessed portion for the manipulation of an existing opening/closing collar and a cap main body without carrying out a machining and the like of the cap device to form it into a special shape. SOLUTION: A recessed portion 14 capable of containing a virgin seal 16, which is positioned in the vicinity of the underside of an opening/closing collar 15 of a cap cover 2, is provided in a cap main body 1. The virgin seal, at least part of which is contained in the recessed portion 14, is connected to both the cap cover 2 and the cap main body 1 in a tearable manner. |
