PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the adhesion of dust or the like to the face or neck of a driver, which is caused by an air flow forming an air curtain and including dust or the like entering a driver's seat, and prevent strong wind caused by the air curtain from hitting the driver. SOLUTION: The shaft core 40a of a centrifugal fan is placed vertically. The air blown off here collides with the side wall 52c of an outer cover 52 once as a horizontal flow F1 to be turned downward. An outside air flow F2 can be set so as to be fast and an inside air flow F3 is set so as to be slow, therefore the fast flow F2 can prevent the air including dust or the like from entering a driver's seat, and the slow flow F3 can prevent the strong wind from hitting a driver. |
