PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical dressing used for an emergency adhesive plaster, a large-sized adhesive plaster, dressing material, draping material, and the like for the purpose of sticking to the skin in medical and hygienic fields, hardly forming winding creases on a film and having no printing failure on the surface of the film. SOLUTION: A medical adhesive layer is formed on one face of an olefine film, and a printed layer of monocolor pattern such as skin color printing is formed on the other face. The surface roughness (ten points average roughness) of an olefine film surface on the printed layer formed side is adjusted to 2-12μm. As the olefine film, an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer film and a three- layer film comprising an ethylene-methyl methacrylate copolymer layer/an A-B-A type block copolymer layer/an ethylene-methyl methacrylate copolymer layer are ideal. It is preferable that the surface roughness of both surfaces of the elefine film are different, and ideally the surface roughness on the medical adhesive layer formed side is larger.
