PURPOSE: A producing method of a buffer wheel is provided to minimize noise, wear ratio and vibration when a wheel operates by eliminating displacement of a buffering agent from a housing due to long use. CONSTITUTION: High frequency is fed to an inner wheel(1) of an intruded buffer wheel thus an adhesive agent coated on the interface of the inner wheel and an outer wheel(10) is instantaneously fused by an inductive heating. The adhesive force of the inner wheel and the outer wheel is maximized. Heating is performed by heating for from 2 to 3 seconds while the temperature rises instantaneously from 180 to 200°C by feeding high frequency to the inner wheel formed of metal by a high frequency inducing heater.
