PURPOSE: A process for the preparation of dithiazolyldisulfides, the dithiazolyldisulfides that can be gained by the process, and the usage thereof as a vulcanizing promoter are provided. CONSTITUTION: A process for the preparation of dithiazolyldisulfides comprises of: pouring 600ml of water, 83.6g(0.5M) of 2-mercaptobenzothiazol(MBT), 13.5g(0.1M) of dimethylbenzylamine(DMBA), 0.3g(0.5mM) of ferrous hemiporpyrazine into autoclave at 6bar of oxygen partial pressure, and reacting them at 60°C while shaking; after reacting for 16.5hrs, filtering to get 143g of dibenzothiazylsulfides(MBTS). The dithiazolyldisulfides can be added to a rubber compound at common temperature, i.e., 100-200°C, desirably at 130-180°C(optionally, under 10-200bar of pressure), using adequate mixing instrument.
