PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operability of a blade. SOLUTION: A flat bearing 3 is inserted between the opposing surfaces of blades 1, 2 to eliminate the rotating resistance of the opposing surfaces of the blades, and a cylindrical bearing 4 of inner/outer double cylinder type is inserted between the blades and the head of a pivotally connecting screw 5. Two bearings are interposed for the rotating operation of the blades to eliminate the generation of friction at the head of the pivotally connecting screw to improve its operability.
