PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exchange a roll paper on the side of a left supporting bar by forming left and right supporting bars with a single continuous bar to slidably put through into a through hole formed through a supporting panel and forming an engaging part which can be engaged with the through hole to be engaged and disengaged in the center of the bar. SOLUTION: Concerning a toilet paper holder 1 of a cantilever twin type, a supporting panel 3 is vertically provided in a hanging state in the center of a shelf board part 2 and a single bar 4 is inserted in the state of being slidable in a horizontal direction into a through hole 3a through this panel 3 in a right/left direction. An engaging recess part is formed at the outer periphery of the central part of this bar 4 by notching in a recessed state to fit this engaging recess part crossing the inner periphery of the hole 3a of the panel 8 to fix the bar 4 to the panel 3. At the time of replacing a roll paper, it is easily replaced by moving the bar 4 in the state of floating the engaging recess part from the hole 3a by lifting the bar upward.
