PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof pot simply and securely assembled, easily attached made at widely reduced cost by forming a waterproof soft sheet into an arc, equipping connection means on both ends in the longitudinal direction, connecting the waterproof sheet into a funnel shape, and keeping the sheet around a pot. SOLUTION: A waterproof soft sheet 1 is formed into an arc shape with prescribed width. The sheet 1 preferably is a transparent or opaque colored or colorless plastic sheet. The arc shape sheet 1 has connection means on both ends in the longitudinal direction and is connected into a funnel shape by the connection means. The funnel shape sheet 1 is brought in contact with the periphery of a pot 11 by the inner periphery. The connection means is constituted of an engaging piece 3 protruded from one end of the arc shape sheet 1 in the longitudinal direction and one or more cut-offs 4-9 formed on the other end of the sheet 1 to stop dropping off of the engaging piece 3.
